Ryan Fairley ‌

Ryan W. Fairley, Sr., MPA, is a visionary leader and passionate advocate for community empowerment. A dedicated father, mentor, and coach, Ryan has built a strong reputation for fostering meaningful partnerships with schools, churches, and local businesses to support sustainable community development. Before joining CRL, Ryan played a key role in expanding healthcare access and strengthening community partnerships at Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Carolina. He is a proud alumnus of North Carolina Central University, where he earned his Bachelor's degree in Political Science, and holds a Master’s degree in Nonprofit Management and Leadership from Walden University. Ryan continues to drive economic and social impact through his work in mentorship, outreach, and community engagement. Outside of his professional pursuits, he enjoys spending quality time with his sons, bowling, mentoring youth, and exploring new places through travel.
