Tamika McGhee ‌

Tamika McGhee is CRL's director of faith affairs, community engagement and events and brings more than 15 years of not-for-profit advocacy experience to the organization. Based in the Washington, DC office, Tamika joined CRL in 2014 as Office Manager, and her talents and passion were swiftly applied to faith outreach, as her efforts were split, actively executing both roles. Her focus now is developing faith community engagement strategies, supporting coalition allies, partnering with ally organizations on issues, and mobilizing coalitions to support wealth-building policies. Tamika sits on multiple diverse faith coalition groups, providing technical assistance to partners in understanding the developments and impacts of policy changes on their constituencies. Before joining CRL, Tamika served at the Grocery Manufacturers Association—now known as Consumer Brands Association—for over a decade.
