Shonda Hightower ‌

Shonda Hightower is a member of CRL's executive team as a project manager for the Center for Responsible Lending. Shonda has spent her career in the non-profit sector. Prior to joining CRL, she worked with the National Association of Realtors, the Academy for Educational Development, the US-China Business Council, and most recently the Michigan Association of School Boards where she was the COO/Director of Finance and Business Services.

Shonda has knowledge in business operations, financial management, program management, project management, budget formulation, and human resources. Shonda graduated from Michigan State University with a bachelor of science in business administration. Shonda is a bit of an oenophile. In her spare time, you can find her sipping great wine paired with wonderful food, playing golf, or traveling.
